Jetways Airlines’ quality management system is an integrated part of the company designed to satisfy all customers, regulatory, and legal requirements. The primary objective of our quality system is to ensure all aviation activities remain in compliance with Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations, international aviation standards, and ICAO and IATA criteria as the basis for planning improvement.

Supporting the management of safety through the provision of all appropriate resources, fostering an organisational culture that encourages effective safety reporting and communication.
Hazard Identification & Risk Management
Establishing and operating hazard identification and risk management processes, including a hazard reporting system, to eliminate or mitigate safety risks and achieve continuous improvement.
Open Safety Reporting
Ensuring that no action will be taken against any employee who discloses a safety concern through the hazard reporting system, unless such disclosure indicates gross negligence or willful disregard of regulations.
Regulatory Compliance
Complying with and wherever possible exceeding legislative and regulatory requirements and standards set by Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and international bodies
Skilled Safety Personnel
Ensuring sufficient skilled and trained human resources are available to implement safety strategies and processes, and that all staff are allocated only tasks commensurate with their skills.
Continuous Improvement
Measuring safety performance against realistic indicators and targets, and continually improving through continuous monitoring, regular review, and diligent achievement of safety objectives.
